Rachael Werner
Rachael is a 1990 Immaculate Conception Academy graduate with studies in commercial art and graphic design. She graduated from Cincinnati Academy of Design in 1992.
Rachael started working for Concepts Custom Framing in the fall of 1992, and bought the business from the previous owner in March of 2001.
